An expert advisor based on moving average and time

Hi coders,

I need a pending order EA to place trade at specific time , date and/or price levels which are customizable. The EA will be based on three moving averages which are also customizable as in the standard moving average indicator on the MT4 and MT5 as shown in the window below:  

The EA will work on  MT4 or MT5 for a chosen timeframe which will also be flexible.

1. A buy trade will be initiated when price breaks out  above the channel created by two close MAs  which are above the 

longer period MA. The example is illustrated  in attached pictures. 

Further condition for a buy trade could include

price breaks out of the channel and above the latest

turning point.

The reverse should be the case for a SELL TRADE. 

2. Optionally entry could be when MACD crosses above or below the zero line. 

3. Another entry condition could be a breakout above or below price range

between two times such as  22.00 and 05:00. 

4. The fourth entry condition could be on a single time such as scheduled news. 

It will be a matter of choice as to what entry condition should be with a true or 

false option to chose from.

There should be the possibility of entry and exit based on any of the four conditions stated above.

Exit trade when MACD histogram turns above or below zero line using the traditional MACD indicator or specified number of pips. 

There should also be money management based on percentage of equity or maximum drawdown. 

Include trailing stop and take profit targets in pips and points. 

I have no knowledge of programming. Please suggest further items that might be included 

I would appreciate a  freelancer could do it for free as I am a newbie and trying to establish a trading strategy that enable me spend less time on the  computer or at most $30 cost or negotiable.
