Need help make Expert advisor based on RVI

Dear coders,

I want to make an MT5 EA with Source code Mql5 based on one indicator, RVI.

1. In EA there are settings Parameter Indicator RVI and LEVELS
The rules are very simple.
Entry buy--> Crosing main line and signal line in levels -0.2. 
Entry Sell--> Crosing main line and signal line in levels 0.2.

2. Only single open---->means ea will not open before completing the task.
Auto money management and Risk reward 1:2.
In EA there are settings Parameter RISK and PIPS. Risk in percent and 1 PIPS = 10points.

Example has a balance of $1000
If the RISK is set at 5%--->means that it is only for trading $50.
From $50 means for 100PIPS requires Auto lot 0.05.

Auto TP and SL. If using PIPS 100 means SL 100 from risk $50 and TP 200.

3.Additional features
Time server trade

And certainly the results of this EA upload on the market product there is no error at all because it uses the standard language of mql5.

I don't have much money for this. so please don't BID this project.

But if the results are satisfactory I will continue to subscribe to you for further development.
