Simple Trading robot with one price action condition

I would like a robot that opens Buy or Sell orders based on the following condition:

> Look at the last 10 Day candles (area highlighted in yellow on example below)

> The take the highest point and lowest point of the area (yellow). highest and lowest highlighted in red) and apply below formla

> (Highest - lowest) * 10% = X pips

> Then If size of previous H1 candle is > X pips, open a trade in the direction of that previous H1 candle.

> the trade order must be at 1 pip higher/lower than the end of previous candle. i.e 1 pip Higher if it's a buy, 1 pip lower if its a sell.

> Add a X pips trailing stop loss, with a limit of 40 pips.

> Take profit =  2 *(X Pips)

>Trades can be closed before SL and TP points.
