Range bar ea

I’m looking for a range bar ea based on higher highs. it will count a certain number of higher highs in a row and place a buy order on the open of the next bar if the bars continue to rise it will continue to place buy orders on the open of   the bar after a higher high.

There will be the option to only place a certain amount of trades.

Exit will be on the certain distance in pips from the last buy order or close outside a moving average or chandelier exit

It will also Have the option to only place a trade if it is higher that a certain number of bars before it. This is to stop it placing trades if the market is moving sideways. This will possible only happen with the first trade

With the example I have shown it counts 3 bars in a row then places the first trade the count needs to be adjustable so it might be 2 or 5 depending of the range bar size I am using

The high of the third bar is also higher that a certain number of bars before it. I need to be able to adjust the count of theses bars also
