Price monitor

Hello I need a small price monitor for my charts that displays the high and the low of the prior candle and the high and the low of the current candle in progress. As far as the current candle produces a higher high (for example more than 1 pip) that the high of the prior candle, there should occur immediately an optical alert (see attached image).
