MT4 Indicator to show list of pairs with their ADR values sorted in order of value

I need an MT4 indicator that will copy the pairs currently in the "Market Watch" list and place  onto the current chart.

I want this list to be displayed on any chart that the indicator is attached to.

The inputs must allow the following :-

(1) Selected value for the ADR period (example 5 day / 14 day and any chosen value).

(2) Must be able to select a sort mode such as Ascending or Descending list.

(3) Option to input a Prefix or a Suffix for the pairs such as EURUSD(£).

(4) Must be able to select type font colour and style and size for the headings and the listing.

(5) Must be able to  move the list both Vertical and Horizontal at the  right hand edge of chart. Maybe into the spare area created when  using the MT4  "Chart Shift"  option (space on right hand side) ! 

(6) If possible it would be extra good to be able to mouse click on any pair in the list and then to make this pair the current chart to be displayed on the screen.

So we need 3 headings as follows :-

Name       ADR (5)    Today

EURUSD     123         102

GBPUSD    179          156

AUDUSD    78            75

The above list to include all pairs currently used in the "Market Watch" listing.

Remember I need to have an option to select the ADR to any input value such as ADR(5) or any other value.

I must stress that the ADR value heading must be able to be sorted for Ascending or Descending .

VERY IMPORTANT that we have an inputs option to set the MINIMUM ADR value in order to keep the list restricted

For example ONLY list the pairs that have a ADR value greater than 80

So therefore only the EURUSD and the GBPUSD  would be shown from the current list above.
