Simple job

This job is very simple so I would like the end product within a few hour if possible..

If price goes up by x pip--->sell

If price goes down by x pip--->buy

This should happen continuously and all orders should have stop loss and take profit.

The input parameter for manual adjustment should look like this: 

Price up (short) = value in pip

Price down (long) = value in pip

Take profit long = value in pip

Take profit short = value in pip

Stop loss long = value in pip

Stop loss short = value in pip
