Need to add filter to my Existing Indicator(MT5)

Hi I want my indicator to be upgrade with the below requirements

I will share the indicator after accepting the task.

Requirements are : Indicator has to be non repainting one

For Call scenario

1. First candle Opens below the middle dotted line and closes above the middle line 

2. Second candle should make a new low below the middle line and that low should be higher than the first candle's low and after making the low below the middle line candle closes above the middle line(images attached)

3. Middle dotted line is very close to lower band show up trend 

4. Upper shadow on the second candle should be less than the body size of the candle.

and Vice versa for Sell signal (images attached)

and Need to display Trend Strength based on the position of middle line inside the upper and lower bands

if it is in the middle trend strength is moderate and if it is getting closer to any of the lower or upper bands strength increases.

need to show the increase in strength based on percentage(need your help and knowledge to show the trend strength in best way).

One more small Task on MT4 indicator : 

Need to modify the repainting indicator to Non-Repainting indicator and to add license protection only to an Existing MT4 indicator.
