Create robot for buy/sell indicator

Hi,i have a trend based indicator called pip finite laser and also on stochastic indicator. I need some one to develop an ea that looks at both the indicator together as well as individually plus the lower time frame.for example: case 1) h1 chart: trend laser buy and stohastic is crossing upwardd then buy. If any of these has reversed then closed the trades and open again if stochastic crosses upwards and trend laser is still bullish Case 2) in this situation just i  should be able to use only one indicator alone and can edit the setting to false to completely ignore the other indicator and place buy and sell trade just on 1 indicator that is true and close when it reverses.  Case 3) in both the above i need the expert to looknat lower time frame of my choice.. For example. If trend laser and stochastic are both bullish on one hour chart but on 5 mintues both or any one of the indicator is bearish the trade should close and open again if all 4 (2 on lower or 1 on lower if i have set stochastic/trend laser to false) and (2 on higher are in the same direction). From risk management i need tp, trailing (simple and based on ma), trqiling step, stop loss and lot size.  Key Setting fields shoul be like: trend laser inputs, stochastic inputs, trend laser: true/false  stochastic: true/false. lower time frame option (1 minute to 1 month).  Lower time frame setting:trend laser inputs, stochastic inputs, trend laser: true/false  stochastic: true/false. Risk management settings, magic number comment name. If any is intereted then let me know.
