MT5 INDICATOR ALERT WITH CONFIG MA+RSI

hi guys i need a simple indicator

for forex,futures,etc for MT5

it is one composed of MA and RSI

when rsi close is bellow nivel X(ex:30) and above MA Z(ex:40) it gives the alert

and when rsi close is above Y (ex:60) nivel and bellow MA (ex:60) Y it gives the alert

X= level of rsi setted and type of MA setted ex: EMA open/close/high/low

Y - level of rsi setted and type of MA setted ex: EMA open/close/high/low

i want to be able to change this configurations above

i want it to work on any timeframe

i want the alert+push+email/phone notification

where i can set it on or off for each one of it

i want arrows on the alert candle

i want to be able to control the historic amount of

arrows/alert

and most IMPORTANT i need it to be REALLY smooth/light

don't want it to have delay like other ones indicators

that i already did
