Currently I have a RSI indicator based EA.
I would like you to apply the trailing function of both market price and trailing step function for trade
position's opening & closing into my current RSI EA.
It's normal to see trailing stop function in the EA, but I haven't seen any EA having trailing market price for trade position opening.
For instance, if I set my RSI indicator based EA to open sell position at RSI level 75, EA opens the sell position at the next candle when the RSI
level is above 75.
In this case, I don't want my EA to open sell position immediately in the following candle, but to see the market price only with trailing step
function applied.
If the market price continues to move up and if I have set 5 trailing step, the EA has to trace the market price with 5 trailing step distance for
sell position opening.
i.e. If the current EURUSD price is 1.12700 and if it conforms the RSI level setting to open sell position, EA should set the sell opening price at
1.12650 internally, as I have set the 5 trailing step. (This trailing step should be adjustable by the user) If the market price moves up to
1.12900, the internal sell opening price should follow up to 1.12850. When the market price falls down to 1.12850, then the EA should open
sell position.
This concept applies to the same for the opened trade position to close only after RSI closing level criteria is met.
Buy position opening and closing applies the same!
