4 Exponential Moving Average Expert Advisor

May you please assist with creating an MT5 Expert advisor, the conditions are as follows: Indicators;                                                                                                                                                         * 3 period EMA on 4 hours timeframe,                   * 21 period EMA on 4 hours timeframe,                 * 5 period EMA on a 15 Minutes timeframe,         * 14 period EMA on a 15 minute timeframe.                                                                                        Buy rule;                                                                      if the 3 EMA (4 hours) is higher than 21 EMA (4 hours) and 5 EMA (15 minutes) is higher than the 14 EMA (15 minutes) the advisor must send a BUY order of 10 volume at market with a 100 points trailing stop loss.                                                                                                                          Close Buy;                                                                   if the 3 EMA (4 hours) is higher than the 21 EMA (4 hours) and the 5 EMA (15 minutes) is less than the 14 EMA (15 minutes) the advisor must close the buy at market.                                                                                                                        Sell rule;                                                                      if the 3 EMA (4 hours) is less than 21 EMA (4 hours) and 5 EMA (15 minutes) is less than the 14 EMA (15 minutes) the advisor must send a SELL order of 10 volume at market with a 100 points trailing stop loss.                                                                                                                         Close sell;                                                                   if the 3 EMA (4 hours) is less than the 21 EMA (4 hours) and the 5 EMA (15 minutes) is higher than the 14 EMA (15 minutes) the advisor must close the sell at market.                                                                                                                                   - The expert advisor should open or close positions no matter far back the signal was.
