Congestion indicator

hallo, I need this simple job,

two input parameter :

n_bars,

% to draw range of consolidation

1) given n_bars period ( the bar which is forming is always excluded) let'calculate max price and minor price in the n_bars period

2) now we subctrace to obtain range

3) now for each bar we calculate how much of the range it covers suppose calculation give, 100 for first bar, 50 second bar and so on (bar's range / period range)

 4) we calculate the simple average of the array of percentage values calculated at point 3 and plot it on a separate windows (is a kind of moving average to be plotted)

5) as soon as the value at point 4 is more then the in put parameter  %  draw range of consolidation

 the max and the minumum of the range is plotted at right position and of the right number of bars with to segment one green above one red belowe,

 some bars may be covered by more then one consolidation boundage as a new boundage may be formed before then a new n_bars period is completed

6) all must be edited in clear and open way for future developements 

7)  I accept a programmer only at the condition that no other explanation is requested and a maximum of one picture is requested cause job is simple and well explained. If you need take all the time available.

8) I don't accept more then one prototype for this simple task, you agree not to send more then one prototype
