What one should expect form a expert trading system?

I have a simple question. What one should expect form a expert trading system? How many overall pips it should make each month to be trust worthy?

1. Most of people expect it to make money without losing ;)

2. Any pips will do as long as it profitable, which will go down to the next question : how do tell that EA is profitable ?, which goes to the next question : how do you calculate lot to make it profitable ? .

A profit is a profit even if a ea made a million last year dont expect the same every year but appreciate and give it the patience it needs to possibly make more some time in the future
