Metatrader 4 - active trades and trades history refresh latency

Hi,

 

I'm using Metatrader 4 on a same account with my colleague to split jobs.

 

I've noticed that when the 1st Metatrader 4 opens a trade (it should be at the borker very soon 10-100ms) but

I only see it on the other Metatrader 4 usually 20-30 seconds later, but sometimes it goes up to 1 minute.

 

I think it's the refresh interval of the active trade lists at the 2nd MT4 what cause this? Am I right?

How can we set it to be faster?
