mt4 signal - change of internal leverage possible?

Dear Traders,

I have subscribed for a mt4 signal and my metatrader always calculates a wrong leverage (1:10)  for all currency pairs. My broker confirmed that for example the EUR/USD leverage is currently 1:400.

This subsequently leads to a wrong ratio of 0.7% (see below logfile content).

 

2016.07.29 10:29:50.117 '12345': Signal - percentage for volume conversion selected according to the ratio of balances and leverages, new value 0.7%
2016.07.29 10:29:50.086 '12345': Signal - subscriber has balance 1 213.44 EUR, leverage 1:10
2016.07.29 10:29:50.086 '12345': Signal - signal provider has balance 8 966.93 USD, leverage 1:200

 

Do you know, how I can internally change the leverage in mt4 settings? Is this possible?
