how do i compile the code please?

Find the downloaded file in the Windows Explorer. Further, on the downloaded file, click the right mouse button and select "Open."
Thus * .mq * downloaded file will open in MetaEditor.
 
Please is like am new in this, where can i find MetaEditor and which file do i have to open please don't stop me half way
