"Spread" on the data window

 
The "spread" on the data window is the minimum (not maximum as the documentation says) difference between the bid and ask prices in points for the selected bar, isn't it?
 
Spread is simply difference between ask price and bid price.
 
Thanks ... what does "spread" on the data window simply mean?
 
Could you please attach an image ? In my data window I see Date, Time, Open, High, Low, Close, Volume this without indicators.
 
"Right-click on data window > Show > Select Spread" for viewing it.
 
Thank you did not know that thing of right click on data window but seems like my platform do not have Spread on data window (i am using MT4). Sorry :(
 
Yes ... it is a MT 5 feature.
 
I don't know why I can not add image to this forum ... and why I can not use the "enter" key in my posts.
 

can any one explain why is there a difference here between spread on DataWindow and MarketWatch.

Data Windows Shows the average spread. While market watch shows current spread.
