Metatrader 4 not saving my charts?

Hello, i want to know why metatrader not save my charts...

 For example, if i change from H1 to H4... and make some trendlines, when i close and open again, its not save... 

 Im trading 18 pairs at moment, everytime when i close, some charts not save and i need to load again the template..

Hell please provide more details and give step by step instructions. Do you close the terminal or chart? Attach logs from the journal terminal. Thank you
 

I close my Metatrader 4.

After that, when i open again, my templates not run correctly and i need to load the template again. 

 

For example now i closed my Metatrader 4 in order of the currencies... like

 

EUR pairs first, after GBP, after AUD...

 

And it closed without the orders what i inserted.

 

Uninstall and re-install your platform it might work. Hope it helps you.

Its not works. 

 

I already did it several times, now i have 2 metatrader installed and both have this.

 

Everytime i need to reorganize my charts when i close it..

Try this go to "Options" --"charts"--enable "save deleted charts to reopen" do not know if it will work but try.

Try making new charts profile instead of Default profile(File----Profile---Save As) then load the profile created.
