Multiple terminals performance issue

On my Windows 10 Pro x64 4GB system,

if I ran 5+ MT5(Build 1210) terminals, CPU usage is less than 50%, 

but if I ran 5+ MT4(Build 926) terminals, CPU usage often occur 90+%. 

Does anybody meet same situation? If so, how to tuning?
