Metaquotes history DAT files format

Hello, i have found that metaquotes have posted their .dat-files with historical data. Here example one - http://history.metaquotes.net/symbols/EURUSD/list.txt

I would like to use this data for some researches but what format it is using? Is there any already written library to help me convert those .dat-files to normal data or any information how i can write my own?
