Go into your MQL5.com settings and turn OFF (untick) all options under Binding to IP address. See if that makes a difference...

i tried to do that. i got the following message.

Well I don't know what's going on there, your account is definitely not banned. Only Service Desk or an Admin will be able to help with that sorry.

i know only some of the moderators. Can u send me the profile page link of some of the admins though Private message.
i will try contacting them regarding this issue. Hope sending PM to admins is allowed in my account.

I wrote to service desk 5 times and also sent private messages to most moderators.
Still not got a reply for why it has happened or when it will be resolved.
