Do I need an EA?

Wanted to ask if I need a coder to build an EA or if something simpler is needed.

I have an entry alert system using a moving average and the stochastic. I want to be sent a notification (email and or SMS) when those conditions are met. I want to have a visual alert system that I can apply to any MT4 chart when those conditions are bullish or bearish as well.

What specifically do I need to ask a coder to do? Create an EA? A notification setup?

I also would like to have 2 trailing stop loss lines programmed so I can apply it to any chart. One would be a trailing ATR stop and the other is a version of that.

Hi, You need an EA to do that, with this specification :

1. Alert & Notification system using a moving average and stochastic.

2. Trailing stop loss using ATR or other version of trailing system
