Portable option in MetaEditor

Since I set the /portable option in the MetaTrader station link properties, I find it natural to have the option to start it in Portable mode from the MetaEditor's Activate Terminal button. Past years formed the reflex of clicking on Activate Terminal, and it's nasty to close it every time and restart from the Start Menu link because that has /Portable.
