Optimization results not running single test

I spent hours optimizing in mt5 and ran a single test based on one of the results. When I tried to run other results and that same set again, the EA does not place any trades. Does anyone know why this happens?
 
So frustrating. Again, spent hours optimizing and after running a few single tests when I right click on one of the optimization results "run single test" is greyed out meaning I cannot select it. This cannot be a fault of my cod. Is it maybe because I run the results on different currencies? Perhaps that confuses the tester.
