Hi,
I recently downloaded a new build for MT4 through my broker, MIG. After trying to find a solution to my problem, unsuccessfully, I need some help from the builders and programmers.
I downloaded the new build about 24 hours ago and installed it. After the download was complete the first time user settings came up and the platform was working properly. Although it didn't transfer my custom settings, which was a little annoying, it wasn't a big deal. Then I closed the platform and re-opened it to make sure everything was ok. When I re-opened it I saw my old custom settings and then the platform crashed. The screen went transparent (like most toolbars in Vista) and was inop.
Please advise........
