On the Automated Trading Championship 2008 website, article "10 Days of Registration" has been published (https://championship.mql5.com/2012/en/2008). It gives a brief summary of the first 10 days of registration for participation in the Automated Trading Championship 2008. More than 600 developers of Expert Advisors have submitted application for participation in the contest. In the last-year Championship, 370 those wishing to struggle for the first prize were registered for the same period. 70 days are left till the end of Registration.
