Discussing the article: "Neural Networks in Trading: Temporal Motion Aggregation (Key Components)"

Check out the new article: Neural Networks in Trading: Temporal Motion Aggregation (Key Components).

In this article, theory meets practice. We implement the key modules of the TMA framework — MPE and MPA. Here, data takes on meaning, and cross-attention becomes a tool for precise analysis of market dynamics. Minimal unnecessary operations, maximum efficiency — a step toward next-generation intelligent trading.

In the previous article, we laid the theoretical groundwork and began implementing this approach using MQL5. The code now includes initial structures for processing the event stream and calculating correlations between temporal layers, as well as memory mechanisms that allow the model to retain information about the recent past. This marked an important step toward building a system capable of learning to understand the market the way a person senses the movement of a wave — not through numbers, but through form and rhythm.

Today we are taking the next step. The goal of this work is to move from theory to a full implementation of the TMA architecture and to demonstrate how its key principles can be embodied in algorithms. This is not an attempt to force a visual model onto financial data, but rather a thoughtful adaptation of ideas that have been proven effective in another field to a new context.
