exporting data

Hello,

I am trying to export 10 years daily price data that has populated the screen, when I do I end up with a blank file 0 of anything exported for all that I tried. I received a year and seven months of hourly data if any some same as the daily. The daily data I went as short as a year and nothing. I am using MT5 v.5403. Your Help will be greatly appreciated.
