MQL5 Channel Visibility Issue

I sincerely apologize for mistakenly sharing a Telegram link in my channel (it was only for a trading-related poll, not promotion). I deleted it immediately after realizing it was not allowed. Since then, my channel no longer appears in the popular or new sections.
May I kindly ask: if I delete this channel, am I allowed to create a new one with the same name? Also, how can I improve the rating and visibility of the existing channel?
I highly value the MQL5 community and will be more careful in the future.

It may be restored after some time ... so wait for 1 or more days for example.
Anyway - we (on the forum do not know about the channels' rules and how it works to be in the popular's section for example.
