Add delay time interval for alerts and notifications on custome indicator mtf highs and lows

Hello guys hope everyone is having a good week.

Am trying to add a timer interval for alerts and  notifications on this indicator whenever it crosses above or below the PDH, PWH, PDL, PML etc. Currently it will keep alerting nonstop as long as prices crosses either one of this levels. I'd really appreciate it if anyone can help me add the delay interval option which I can chose 1 or 2hrs delay
