purchased indicator locked

I bought an indicator and i put on MT4 platform but i want to put on MT5 platform but i have run out of tries and its locked i cannot get hold of the seller as his account is private
 

Did you bought this indicator from the MQL5.com Market?

If it is a MT4 indicator you can't install and use it on the MT5 platform.

You can contact the author/seller, by clicking the link in the description of this indicator (right below the indicator's title), no seller MQL5 account is private, you may need to add him/her as a friend first in order to be allowed to send a private message.

Thanks for responding-

I have tried to contact him several times and added him as a friend so i can message him but i cannot send him a message,it wont let me.

i might have to buy it again as its my fault i was locked out i am new to this forum and did not understand how it all works
