how to set the "Precise time scale" to work in strategy tester as it does in mt5 charts?

("Precise time scale" in Charts settings or PreciseTime=1 in the Objects section of Common.ini) that allows the drawing of objects to honor the exact time coordinate provided in on tick drawings.
The above setting in the terminal doesn't seem to be honored in the strategy tester charts. My question is whether there is any similar setting for the strategy tester.
