demo MT5 FTMO account on MACBOOK help not working can you help?

hi, I have a MacBook Pro, downloaded MT5 APP, logged in its all my credentials, however I am presented with a screen with 4 screens with a black back ground no candle sticks or bars, just the currency in green writing? 

It also won't allow me to place a new order. 

I can't click on file, new order, this is there but it won't allow me to click, is there something I am missing in the settings maybe? 

any help / advice is much appreciated.
