EA installing on MAC? Will not install / run

Bought an EA from marketplace and it will not install on my Mac.

I have installed other EAs manually with no issue:

The issue is not antivirus related

The issue is not firewall related

The issue is not to do with a VPS - I do not need one or want one.

I am logged into mt4 on my Mac, through marketplace can find purchases but the install button physically will not “click” - no reason given or alert within mt4.

I have tried a fresh install of mt4 also. 

I am not using parallels or another windows type emulator - this is mt4 for mac.

Any help really appreciated otherwise I have spent a lot of money that mql5 won’t refund me - complete waste :(
