If it is not synchronize so you can do it:

  • open the chart(s) and attach your EA(s) onto them, switch autotrading to be On and synchronize;
  • or arrange the settings of your signal subscription on Metatrader and synchronize.
Make sure that you fill COmunity tan of Metatrader with your forum login and forum password (and that Metatrader is accepted your login which should be written in Metatrader journal for example).


Because this MQL5 VPs is for autotrading by EAs/robots and for signal subscription.

 
I can see a lot of people having this same problem to synchronize VPS, including me. It is something very annoying and it is happening with users that are not new or new subscribers. The problem is that MQL5 do not has an assertive support. I tried to submit a service desk but I do not know if it will reach out the correct ones. In this meantime our strategy is stop.
 
Singapore 03 is still down on me today. Any thought?
