it has been pointed out before that it would very much improve the usefulness of the saved reports from the strategy tester if the parameter settings could be saved in there as well. I very much agree - it is very difficult to keep track of all parameter settings manually together with these saved files.
I also noticed some misleading information in the report: it gives the testing period, but unfortunately based on the length of data stored in the fxt file. When I choose a smaller time period with the 'Use Date' tick box, it will still give the whole length of the data period.
The strategy tester and report are great, but they are really only useful for later comparisons if we can have the parameter settings and the chosen time period printed in there as well.
Such an improvement would be greatly appreciated.
