There is no such thing! You probably mean the MetaTrader desktop terminal application (branded by your broker), with which you are having an issue connecting to your broker's trade server.
Is that it?
The question now, is which platform — v4 or v5?
The best is for you to show your Journal log reporting the connection issue (and also the part in the log that shows the version and build of MetaTrader)..
