MT4 is a trading platform not a payment system, it links to brokers

MetaTrader4 is a trading platform where you can only place buy, sell and pending orders. When you want to trade on MetaTrader4 or MetaTrader5 platforms, you have to open an account from a Broker and deposit money on that account through broker's supported payment methods and finally connect your account to MetaTrader4.
