US30 history download problem

When I click on the US30 history download button in ICMarkets broker, I encounter this error :

I can only download the history of currency pairs and metals. Stocks and indices, I encounter this error

All the history is related to the brokers (because the name of the symbols, the symbols specifications, the data/quotes/history - all of them are related to the brokers only).
