Constant problems with Metatrader 5

I have continuous problems with the metatrader 5 platform, I can't backtest , it crashes and I have to restart the computer, does anyone know a solution?

• What operating system and version?
• What build of MetaTrader 5?
• Are there in entries in the Journal or Experts log files that help identify the issue.
• Are there log entries in the operating systems events log that could help identify the issue?
