help for good INDICATOR and reliable...

hi everyone!!!

can you help me as state below...

1. can i get indicator that estimate long range and short range in real time..? plus have alert ringing for it...

i like to use 30minutes.. market EURO/USD and USD/JPY and i use parabolic sar until now...

2. how can i know that my graph / trade is in good condition, reliable and  without a wrong signal?

i use broadband speed 3.6 mbps... sometime not in good coverage...
