You have to consider the value of both the symbol being traded as well as its value in relation to you account currency at the time of the trade.

The value of each "point" constantly changes depending on the quote prices of the symbol and its relation to your account currency.

That is why, you should calculate your risk based on the Stop-Loss size, the Tick Size and Tick Value, so that you can adjust the Volume (lots) accordingly.

The numbers seem off at first look but there are things that can and do affect the results. If we assume that both buy trades are in the same symbol then maybe Swaps/Rollover, commission could explain the big loss...

Probably they are same value. Because this symbol is Dow(US30) and account currency is USD

Then please provide more information. Please show logs of the transactions as well as show all the columns of the history, including commission and swaps and other fees.

Spread makes no difference.

As has already been stated, it is most likely because of swap.
