There are just to many things to explain. You would have to learn both MQL4 and MQL5 very well to be able to make the conversion of the source code.
So, if you don't know how, then it will be best to hire someone to do it for you.
Please note, that if you only have the ".ex4" file, then such a conversion is not possible. You will need the ".mq4" source for the hired coder to be able to do the job.
