Many users from your country can get sms ... but you can not ... so it is something wrong with your phoen or with your telephone provider for example.
You can contact with the service desk (with some bot first) Contacts and requests (for some other possible options).
I know that people could use telegram instead of sms but there is possibility to use telegram for codes now.
