Why the developers failed to make a proper tester - page 2

sllawa3:
ninja... gi forex... there's plenty more where that came from...

What's so good about Ninja? In my opinion, it sucks as if it had been slapped together. These tics just stick out, like someone needs them so badly. And the name itself is vulgar for such a program in a pile of megabytes, and even with a framework.

Exactly - they're surrounding us, take up defence......

Too late, they're already among us...)

sllawa3:

the tester is more accurate than mt... even though I'm not crazy about the platform itself...

Don't blame the mirror if you're not right in the head. Normalise the price before setting the order.

And the methaquotes need to hire a public relations specialist.

Good day to you all!

The order price is clearly written and comes out at 1.9850 through the print looked at... On the minute the candle top price is 1.9847!!! Where is this pitfall?

Before you send the order, normalize the price you pass to the OrderSend() function. NormalizeDouble() function. You should normalize it by the number of digits after the decimal point in the quotes. The number of digits is the Digits variable.

It has nothing to do with normalization. My price is given by the number prescribed in the externa'x variable types and is clearly in this case 1.9850, without a fifth digit!

Yeah, it's a cool platform, it killed (in a good way) 10 sec candles, not to mention the ticks :) I'll be messing around with the demo

AHHHH!!! Historical data -> for how long -> ticks -> get......
