Price Alerts not working via VPS

If you are about MQL5 VPS so this kind of VPS is mainly for autotrading by the EA(s) and for the signal subscription.
And dll is prohibited on the forum (as I understand - computer/VPS needs Windows dll to send those alerts, right?).
Yes MQL5 VPS, and I am using default Price Alert available in MT4 and configured to receive Emails.
Laptop ON : receiving Price Alerts Emails
Laptop OFF : Not working
MQL VPS works only for auto trading and not for sending emails for price alerts ?

Recently registered an VPS and all EAs and Indicators are synchronized
Price Alerts are not triggered / emailed on VPS when my laptop is turned OFF. Works fine when Laptop is ON.
I am using 2 types of Price Alert features ( 1. MT4 Price Alert and 2. Third party price alert EA) . Both works fine, Emails are sent when my laptop in ON
but , when Laptop is turned OFF, emails are not received from both Price Alerts.
Do I Need to change any settings in MT4 / VPS ?
