Waste of time, as far as I know retailers can't make arbitrage succesfully.

That's for big players with bigger resources and much better trading conditions.

Anyway, there's an interesting free code here:  Free download of the 'Arbitrage Synthetic' expert by 'dmitrievsky' for MetaTrader 5 in the MQL5 Code Base, 2018.03.01

I've modified it to trade gold and some other pairs but never tried after all.
