how to get barshift with start date and end date ?

i want to get barshift with optional date, is that possible using iBarshift ?

There is no optional datetime. To get the shift (index) of a  bar you need a datetime . If you have the shift of a bar, you can read its datetime .

The title makes no sense. A bar only has one datetime.
