i'm buying EA with paypal but the payment error and my money get charged, already contact the service desk.. please what should i do now

As far as I know (I was reading the several threads about it) - the payment with using paypal is going for the several days (it is necessary for the several days to be passed for the money).
So, you should wait.

But I know that it is the several days (the money is going from one bank to an other bank).

Example:
if I want to withdraw money from paypal so it will take from 3 to 5 working days.

If the seller has Paypal Seller Protection, you can ask for refund. Be sure not to exceed the tinelimit for refund.

What Service Desk did you contact? There are no tickets from your regarding this issue - https://www.mql5.com/en/users/portkinov/servicedesk

In case of error, transaction should be reversed, but it may take some time.

little issues may happen anywhere.
Everytime i had an issue here, ServiceDesk helped me.
Just be patient and I know everything will be fine.
